Entretien
First there is a group interview, where they just introduce you to the company and what it is like to work in the stores (emphasis on how busy it can get at some times). After the initial presentation, they call each of the participants for some clarifying questions with some of the recruiters. If you pass this stage, they invite you to a face-to-face interview in one of your preferred store choices. This interview resembles a normal interview process, mainly focusing on behavioural questions.

Visited the store and inquired about hiring opportunities. I was connected with the hiring manager and completed a straightforward in-person interview. The process was professional, welcoming, and provided insight into the role.

Group interview in their office in oxford street, just had to complete tasks together. Did a presentation and problem solving. Heard back from them in a week that I had got the offer.
