The store manager for the Ladies' section interviewed me after I was recommended by another current employee. They asked for my CV and asked about my previous work experience, language skills and availability.
It was a comfortable, short conversation, and I got hired right after.

Availability, previous experience, how comfortable I am with handling cash, and how many hours I was looking to work.
Language skills and Visa working permits/requirements were also asked about.
It was very casual, they took me into the back and asked me questions. I felt very comfortable and it was a smooth process. I would totally recommend interviewing with them

Interview process is fair and smooth. Applied online, resume shortlist and then group video interview. 8-9 candidates in group and HR from Australia will take interview rounds . Interview questions were about basic real life incidents
