Group interview. Around 20 or so people in a room. Everyone just introduces themselves then one of the managers presents a slideshow telling us what Zara is all about, and what it's like to work there
Group Interview. About 10minutes for 8-10 candidates. They asked about past experience and about if you are interested in fashion and what you know about the brand. They let everyone talk for about 5 minutes.
