The girl literally asked me my name. Told me about the company talked for about 10 minutes. Called me back the next day offering the job. But I was hired at store opening to the process is different.

They will ask you what you know about the company. And why you wanna work there.
It was very casual, they took me into the back and asked me questions. I felt very comfortable and it was a smooth process. I would totally recommend interviewing with them

Interview process is fair and smooth. Applied online, resume shortlist and then group video interview. 8-9 candidates in group and HR from Australia will take interview rounds . Interview questions were about basic real life incidents
