I applied through seek.com.au and on a friday and got the call on monday morning around 11am, a girl from Zara asked me a couple of questions such as why do you want to work in retail and what do you think about fashion, I think she just wanted to know if you can answer question appropriately, there's no right or wrong. She said she'll call me back if I'm successful and thank God by 5pm in the evening I got a call back and offered to attend a group interview on wednesday. The group interview was really laid back, there was about 15 people sitting in a semi circle and we had 3 activities. First, we paired up with the person next to us and got to know each other then we had to introduce that person to everyone. Second, we are all paired up again with a different person this time and role played with scenarios, my scenarios was what would you do if a customer asked to buy an item that is displayed in the window. Third, we all had to picked a random question and answer them in front of the group, the trick is that we can only read the question when we're standing in front of everyone. Then finally the whole group broke into two and we just had to answer a few questions such as when are we free to work and so on and asked why do you want to work for Zara. I then got a called back on friday around 6pm and got offered the job :):) Good luck guys!

Group Interview. About 10minutes for 8-10 candidates. They asked about past experience and about if you are interested in fashion and what you know about the brand. They let everyone talk for about 5 minutes.
