pretty fair . They ask questions such as availability, how would you deal with a difficult customer , do you plan on growing within the company and how would you feel being on the register and if you would be available for shipment in the mornings .
It was very casual, they took me into the back and asked me questions. I felt very comfortable and it was a smooth process. I would totally recommend interviewing with them

Interview process is fair and smooth. Applied online, resume shortlist and then group video interview. 8-9 candidates in group and HR from Australia will take interview rounds . Interview questions were about basic real life incidents
