J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Zara (Sydney) en août 2016
Entretien
Was a group interview with maybe 10 or so people. First was to introduce yourself to the next person; if you were a celebrity who would it be and why & why you want to work for zara. The other person was then to present you to the rest of the group.
This was followed by a group role play where you were given a scenario and role played how/what you would do in the scenario.
Lastly, everyone was asked a question (randomly selected on a piece of paper).
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
What was a time you had to deal with a difficult customer?
lengthy and tedious, i don't see that a fashion sense is a requirement to gain employment. was ghosted as far as follow-up communication. did not ask many questions about past retail experience
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
if a customer was having trouble finding something right infront their face how would i respond
super casual, just stand in front of a store,
it does not show the exact job title on job posting
like, job posting mentioned that hiring the full time sales, they actually hire the 2 months contract sales and part time
Visited the store and inquired about hiring opportunities. I was connected with the hiring manager and completed a straightforward in-person interview. The process was professional, welcoming, and provided insight into the role.
