I initially called the store just to see if they were hiring. Im a student and was in the market for a part time job. Whomever picked up said yes and that I must pick up the application instore. Went in on a Thursday filled out the application. Personally handed it to the manager. They looked over it at that moment and I was asked to come in the following Monday. Went in on a Monday for the interview. I was taken to the stock room and was interviewed by two managers. One was observing more than anything. Later on that same day was called about the job offer.
lengthy and tedious, i don't see that a fashion sense is a requirement to gain employment. was ghosted as far as follow-up communication. did not ask many questions about past retail experience

Question 1
if a customer was having trouble finding something right infront their face how would i respond
super casual, just stand in front of a store,
it does not show the exact job title on job posting
like, job posting mentioned that hiring the full time sales, they actually hire the 2 months contract sales and part time
Visited the store and inquired about hiring opportunities. I was connected with the hiring manager and completed a straightforward in-person interview. The process was professional, welcoming, and provided insight into the role.
