Fast, and quick interview with a manager. The interview was in person since this was before covid. The interview took place in the common area of the building. I was asked to bring my resume and any questions I had about the position. At the interview, I had to describe my experience and answer a few questions on my experience working with children and in groups.

There are 2 stages to the interview after you get a call, the first one is pretty straightforward and what you would expect for any job, a person going over your resume and asking questions, and the second one is at a later date, in which you teach a demo math class to children. You aren't given much information or resources about it at all beforehand (unless you ask) and it's all really quick and painless. They are just looking for any obvious problems, if you got to that stage you will almost certainly be fine. After being hired they do two background checks, which take a while.
