They were kind and respectful. Always in active listening and encouraging. HR were trying to explain all process in clarity and also hiring manager were kind and respectful too. I hope one day I can work with them.

The first interview was fast , just telling about my work history. The second one was weird, the hiring manager was like 7-8 minutes late and when he showed up he talked about himself and the company for at least 10-12 minutes. He asked me about my experiences and while I was speaking he interrupted and said we were short in time so he wants to ask some questions. While I was answering his 3rd question he interrupted me again and said he is late for the next meeting but he wants to hear more, a couple days later I was notified that I wasn’t suitable for the position…I mean, if they don’t have time to listen than they shouldn’t invite for an interview but just send a case study instead… How I was treated was super disrespectful…if they treat someone like this from the beginning I can imagine how it will ensue…👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
