The process consisted of 5 interviews.
1.- HR interview with a cultural focus
2.- Interview with the area manager
3.- Interview with stakeholder 1
4.- Interview with stakeholder 2
5.- Interview with stakeholder 3
The first interviews were generally good, the ones with stakeholders were not the best, but good. Some focused on questions about their area, rather than questions about the position. A bit of disarray and lack of communication, but understandable for the size of the company. The whole process lasted 2 months. The final feedback was a no-hire email, 3 weeks after the final interview.

Entretien
The process was smooth and many interviews during the day - I met 4-5 different people during the day. Very nice and polite atmosphere. They checked the logical thinking, design problem solving and personality.

If the return rate is 50% how many times do you have to sell the same item (answer: twice)? etc.

Entretien
nach online bewerbung folgte telefointerwiew über ca 1,5 stunden mit den zuständigen Abteilungsleiter. Daraufhin Einladung ins Hauptquartier zum Vorstellungsgespräch: Anwesende Abteilungsleiter (vom Telefonat) und Personalbearbeiter. Dauer des Gesprächs ca 2 Stunden.
Prizipiell empfand ich das Gespräch unangenehm, was wahrscheinlich an den runtergeratterten "psychologischen" Fragen des Personalbearbeiters gelegen haben könnte.
