I had my first meeting with the Hiring Manager in October. We just talked about general stuff, what I am doing at my current job, etc. I didn't have any negative experiences during that interview. After that, he told me HR would get back to me for the next steps. They never got back to me even though I sent 2 following Emails to HR. This is just disrespectful to a person's time and effort. This shows how unprofessional they are. I still see the position is open. I started to think they put some fake positions thus investors think they are growing/in good shape. This is a red flag for me and I would never work at such a place.
