First a Java and SQL quiz as described in previous reviews. Second round a technical interview which was very packed with some questions that did not make sense for a developer interview, it is more like you should guess what the interviewer needs as an answer. Not much time left for the candidate to ask his/her questions - a bit rushed.
Third round a HR interview which was bad since the questions are very old style HR and the interviewer, even though she claims to have experience, was doing it like an intern. I was asked my salary expectation and I was rejected on this factor. The problem is that when do the quiz, you are asked to state your salary expectations. If you cannot stand up as a company to the salary requirements, why put the candidate in all this trouble?
Also there seems to be an internal lack of communication when the interviews are scheduled.

Enfin, après comparaison des candidats, une proposition d’embauche est faite au profil le plus adapté. Le processus peut durer de quelques jours à plusieurs semaines.

Entretien
I applied on linked in, it took about 3 months. At first step they asked me to have a code challenge on Codility, after passing it, I invited to have an interview with a tech lead, after that I invited to the final interview which was 4 rounds (system design, coding, general tech, and hr). All of them were at a day and four hours.
Next week they sent me a rejection without any feedback. I sent an email to ask HR to give me feedback but nothing happened.

Requiter contacted me via email, they proposed a few job position based in Germany. There were a few steps: first was discussion with requiter, second was online coding on platform for that.
