Contacted by HR for plan a telephone interview with the controlling team leader, which took 30 minutes. It was a general interview about my past work experiences, plus a quick introduction of the company and position by the team leader. Three days later i've been invited for an interview in Berlin. The environment was very friendly and informal, i met the same team leader and the HR guy who i was communicating with all along. Some questions from HR aimed to outline my personality, then a few questions from the team leader based on the answer i gave to the HR guy, nothing very hard.
