Entretien
It was a international position in Berlin and I was interviewed from India. Initial call was with the recruiter for around 35 min and after 3 days I received a mail that they want to move ahead with my profile. One interview was scheduled with senior product head which went for an hour and he liked my profile. They took it ahead and another senior product person called me after 2 day, and interview went for more than hour. After that there was no reply from them for 20 days and I had to ask for update. They replied after couple of days saying that they liked my profile and are considering it for 2 more positions and I will have to come to Berlin for f2f interview. Then they did not reply for a month and I asked for an update on which recruiter did not reply. After that I again asked for update and recruiter replied after 5 days saying they do not want to move ahead now; without giving any reason. The recruitment process is very unclear and they are not professional. Does not reply to candidate emails as well. Does not recommend wasting time as per their time zone.
