I applied online and after ~2 weeks I got an invitation for an interview on the telephone. It went great. It laster about 30 minutes long and the questions were in the direction of your own ideas on the position and how you would solve some hypotetical situations.

Nothing to be scared about if you really applied for a position you would rock and are comfortable with the tasks.
