Entretien
There were three steps. First one is a phone interview. It mostly based on my experience and skills, and why I am a good match for the job. The second was an online assessment. Questions were quite general. There were verbal, analytical, reasoning parts. It was easy but time is not enough. You should answer questions as quickly as possible. The last part was a case study. It was a real problem and you expected to share your approach instead of the result. In general, the process was managed very professionally. People are nice and whole process took only 2 weeks.

Why do you think you are a good fit for this position?
The interview process was well-organized, beginning with a friendly greeting from the HR representative who made me feel comfortable right away. The questions asked were relevant to the role and allowed me to showcase my technical skills and problem-solving abilities.

The entire process was well managed from initial interviews to the final , I had to go through 8 different interviews which was very exhausting and few cases the interviewers were not prepared at all, at the same time few of my questions were not answered.

Entretien
4 round of interviews, including a business case presentation. The business case was presented to the hiring manager and one of the team members. There was a last interview with the team members. It could have been avoided to my opinion as it didnt have a lot of weight in my hiring process. Overall positive experience, i believe the outcome was more based in the interaction with the hiring manager.
