The process took 4 1/2 weeks, 2 interviews, first was with HR and the second was with the creative director and associate creative director. The interview structure was very loose and pretty basic, who are you, what have you done etc. Started with a pretty lukewarm tone at the top of the meeting, so something to be aware of.
