Applied online, had a good call with recruiter and strong call with hiring manager. Both in-depth and conversational. Sent follow up notes. Then completely ghosted.
Additionally odd as they knew I was into investing and talk shop with local investors. So that’s possibly thousands of dollars in lost referrals for their services. A simple no, we’re moving forward with other candidates would’ve been fine.

Unprofessional. Completed initial interview. Company reps ghosted me afterwards. Ignored my follow-up emails. Never offered the professional courtesy of telling me if they found another candidate or decided not to fill the position. Nothing. Extremely unprofessional. Never had this happen before.

My process was nearly identical to the other marketing manager interview reviewed here, including being ghosted. I felt like we had really strong conversations and a lot of momentum so I'm really surprised! Otherwise the interview process was totally normal.
