The best interview process I've ever been a part of. They really thought through the experience of the interview to be as transparent and respectful of your time as possible. If you are honest with your expectations and what you are passionate about, it's the start of a great working relationship. Definitely not a company to slack in their response to you, and it was pretty enjoyable to go through the experience overall.

Describe an experience dealing with a difficult client.
Application process is fairly easy and quick to respond. You will then be invited for lunch to meet and greet the team. If that goes well, they will give us a call to be interviewed by a few leads. And if that goes well, you will be invited to an all day interview process where you will be given a code test, participate in 2-3 work sessions, and then be given a challenge to be completed in 2 hours. At the end of the interview day, you will have to present the challenge and your solution to the whole team. In order to be hired, everyone on the team must agree to hire you.
