(1) Phone Screening (~15 min): Just a recruiter getting to know you and understand why you are interested in consulting, healthcare, and ZS. (2) Blended Case Interview (1 hr): An interviewer walks you through a slide deck and asks structured and unstructured case questions. (3) Final Interview (2 hr): 5-10 min get to know each other. 45 min of an unstructured case interview. 45 min of a structured case interview. 20-25 min of FIT (they call it EBI) interview.
