For more senior hires usually there are a couple of extra rounds where more partners or principals prefer interacting with the incumbent

Then one Fitment interview.
Then HR Discussion.
Case interviews were detail oriented and required a lot of efforts. Thorough discussion.
Panel validated the approach and content which was put in the submission. They discussed mostly around what was mentioned in the answer and did a lot of grilling around that.
