It was a very thorough and rigorous process comprising of 3 rounds but they tested my skills in a comprehensive and holistic manner to get to know my thinking process, capabilities along with my goals and aspirations

I mentioned that I was into book reading so during one of the interviews they asked me about one of the recent ones that I've completed and built a case around it to create a guestimate of how many books would a publisher need to produce for the whole world. Assumptions and other considerations are completely prerogative to us.

First round was a case interview on customer performance and incentive compensation. Second round was a CV review and values call. The second round was really annoying because there was too much background noise
Case interview and behavioral pretty standard for consulting in my opinion. Study and you’ll do well. Ask good questions to interviewers. Long time ago so I don’t remember much or if it’s changed since
