There was a CAT like aptitude test, following the usual model for an hour and a half. The qualified students were then put through a Optimization Case study and grilled thoroughly about the same, finally followed by a CV interview

First round was a case interview on customer performance and incentive compensation. Second round was a CV review and values call. The second round was really annoying because there was too much background noise
