Entretien
The interview process consisted of 4 rounds:
1) Aptitude test : Roughly around 1:30 hours test comprising of logical reasoning, quant, verbal and data analysis. Most of the screening of candidates was done here (roughly 1/5 th of the applicants were taken for the next round
2) Group discussion
3) Case study: This comprised of a short case with about 10 questions checking your reasoning, comprehension and data analysis
4) Interviews: There are 2 interviews. The first one checks your mental ability, wittiness and analytical skills .The second one is the HR interview which checks your willingness and the values which ZS is looking for in a person

First round was a case interview on customer performance and incentive compensation. Second round was a CV review and values call. The second round was really annoying because there was too much background noise
Case interview and behavioral pretty standard for consulting in my opinion. Study and you’ll do well. Ask good questions to interviewers. Long time ago so I don’t remember much or if it’s changed since
