Aptitude is easy if you have given any management entrance Business Case study is an easy to solve but be ready to explain your stand on the case study. Then a Fit Interview is all about yourself, so just be straight and yourselves.

First there is an online assessment round where numerical analysis and verbal reasoning is tested > case writing and interview where you get a case study that you have to solve in 30 mins and an associated interview is conducted afterwards where you discuss your answers > Final interview (EBI +Fit) this is the final round which i am yet to attend but is a behavioural round where you'll be probed on the specifics of your resume and some guesstimates, brain teasers may be asked.
