The agency manager and HR manager know I just finished the colleage and I don't have much experience but they call me to discuss and give me a chance to show what I can do. When I come to the agency location we had a discussion where I make a short story about my studies, about me as person, after that I found out what expectetion they have from me and what duties I have.
