There were three rounds of interviews and two assignments. The first interview was with the VP of Organizational Development. The second interview was with the Associate Director of Grant Research and another Grant Writer and Researcher. From there, I completed an assignment analyzing the fit for a nonprofit and an organization that provided grants. The last interview was with the CEO of the firm and the VP of Organizational Development. In this interview, I had to prepare and give a brief, 3-minute presentation on the information I had found from the assignment and how this nonprofit could approach the grant-giving organization. Overall, the interview process was fast, efficient, and enjoyable.
