The interview panel literally harassed me throughout the whole interview process. There were two people and they laughed at my choice of moving from software engineering to requirement engineering. A person changes a job to learn new things and face new challenges but in this company the major challenge is to face insults and disrespect.

Our process started with an online IQ test, followed by a detailed personality assessment. After completing those, we proceeded to an HR interview, which had been scheduled beforehand and was conducted over the phone
