- applied online - got scheduled for interviews three times - I asked for another scheduled interview - ghosted overall, lack of flexibility from the talent acquisition team, I have been going through various interviews, and usually the talent acquisition team uses a certain technology backend (bamboohr/jobvite/etc) to ask the candidate to schedule an interview, however the talent acquisition team only asked you to one single date for an interview, and when you proposed a new schedule, they ghosted you.
