Recruiter approached and had setup the first round which they rely on third party companies like intervue.io and don’t know why they use employees of other big orgs to validate the candidate for them. And the recruiter doesn’t know why a candidate is rejected even though the interview went well. I got the feeling like the employees are not working towards any goal nor do they have any objectives to reach that goal! Waste of time and resources
