J'ai postulé via une autre source. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Yubi (Bengaluru) en mai 2022
Entretien
I contacted the concerned recruiter via LinkedIn by sending him an InMail and expressing my interest in the position, which was a very close match with my profile. The recruiter got back, asked me to share my details on his email ID, and requested for a few days for him to setup my initial discussion with the hiring manager.
After the requested few days when I did not hear back from the recruiter, I reached out again and was met with silence. I gave it a few more days and reached out again as I was sincerely excited and interested about the position - this time the recruiter got back with a very curt "I need time till tomorrow EOD." - never heard back from him since (been two weeks now).
Eventually, I had to be the professional for the two of us, so I dropped a mail to the recruiter saying that since I haven't heard back from him in about 2 weeks, I am assuming that my profile wasn't shortlisted. I thanked him for his time, and closed the conversation (and my application).
I feel there is a serious lack of professionalism here - I understand that it is not possible for recruiters to get back to every candidate, but this was a personalized 1:1 communication which should have been closed professionally, but wasn't. If this lackluster attitude is displayed for senior positions such as a Director, then in my opinion that doesn't speak highly of the company's culture.
