Got to their office and everyone was very nice. They asked me to design an ad for one of the companies they are working with, and after that they took me to an office to discuss the objective of the company, the position responsibilities, and salary/hours. It took a bit over an hour in total (30 to 40 mins to design the ad) and they told me that they would send me an offer if they decided to choose me.
