J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Youth Villages en avr. 2015
Entretien
I applied for the position and was contacted within 24 hrs by a recruiter I then had an interview with a supervisor by phone and then flew from out of state for the face to face interview with 3 management personnel the process took 2 weeks from start to finish. They started off the last interview saying they wanted someone with a masters which isn't in the description nor was it said in the first 2 interviews. This was especially irritating since I paid for the last minute flight assuming things were going well and I actually was qualified. Note: I have a bachelors in psychology and a year and a half of case management experience for a non profit.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
3 scenario questions in each interview. One example: there is a 5 yr old who is ok at school but at home is aggressive the mom is not present at sessions what do you do?

Entretien
Interview process went well but everything after was garbage. Keeping a prospective hire in the dark for weeks on end is uncalled for and rude. Then to take the job offer off the table (due to funding or whatever) to then see it posted a few weeks later should be criminal. Get your facts straight before you play with people like that.

Question 1
They asked about how you handle multiple deadlines/responsibilities at once

Entretien
I went through two interviews, not including the phone screen interview. They ask specific questions surrounding a provider fake scenario. The staff was very kind and made me feel comfortable.
Phone screening, phone interview then in person. Questions included scenarios and why I was going for a role outside previous internship. It felt a little brief for the nature of the job.
