It was straight forward. It was many scenarios questions that requires alot of thought. it is okay to have a pause in between questions. If the questions are long, it is okay to ask to repeat it. The interviewers are very nice and sweet.

Entretien
I applied via Indeed.com and was e-mailed a few days later to complete a phone screening. The phone screening included a description of the job and if the candidate is able to meet the requirements. There were scenarios given in regard to children and a job specific scenario.

If a client asks if Youth Villages offers money for housing or other life expenses (which they do not), how would you handle that situation and how would you help him?
