Call with interviewer on the phone then had a group interview with a home director and someone else. I was honest and upfront. I believe one of the ladies was texting on her phone during the interview though.

The biggest questions they ask about is situations that really happen and see how you respond. My interviewer told me when it was over that they were looking at my ability to think outside of the box.
You go through two different interview processes where they ask about previous experience and a bunch of scenario questions. The second one involves a one hour observation. I was offered a position the same day as the second interview.
The interview for this position was straight forward. I met with the cottage supervisor as well as program manager to answer questions about my education and experience. There is only one round of interviews for this role.

The interviews aren’t very hard. They are going to ask about previous experience with children and the why behind working at youth villages. (Why do you want to work with children with mental illness and behavioral issues?)
