The phone interview was more about giving me information about the job as far as compensation and what they offer. Then I was given about 5 different scenario questions base around how they handle real life cases.

Entretien
I was contacted by email to set up a time for a phone interview to talk more about the position. The interview lasted about an hour. I was told my information would be passed on to the person who makes the hiring decisions for more interviews.
I was contacted by HR who explained the position in detailed. Pay was Also discussed. Also asked me to expound on my experience and why I'm interested in working with the agency. She stated she was forwarding my app to the regional supervisor. A week later the regional supervisor contacted me for a phone interview. Phone interview was conducted the next day, & lasted an hour. Consisted of a series of questions; what made you interested in this agency, what experience or knowledge do you hold that would benefit this agency through this position, have you ever worked this target population and what are your long term goals. Then I was presented with to scenario questions. After my response to the first we stated she for she didn't need to do The second scenario due to how well I did in the first. The supervisor then expounded on the position and their expectations. Pay was explained in more detailed and the other perks; relocation assistance and etc. Was offered to shadow with A workerprior to interview. But due to the timing I was unable to commit to the shadowing on that particular day. Supervisor stated that was fine, that could easily be rescheduled. A face to face interview was then scheduled for a few days later. Face to face interview last about 45 minutes. Interviewed with the regional supervisor and clinical supervisor. Very similar questions as before. 2 more scenario questions were asked too. Questions about previous collaboration and teamwork with current or old supervisor and employees in your previous or current position. Was informed of potential hire time, along with being informed that all interviwees would be informed of decision within another week. Currently awaiting decision
