I was contacted via LinkedIn for this position and was really impressed with the company. I was brought in office for an interview and we had a really laid back conversation about my previous experience. He then explained what the position entailed and little bit about company culture.

Entretien
Interviewed me 3 times and couldn’t even address me correctly in an email. They literally called me someone else’s name. They told me I was one of their favorite candidates and they didn’t even have the decency to tell me I didn’t get the job or call me by the correct name.

Entretien
I applied online and was contacted for an interview the next day. I had a very laid-back in-person interview with the Managing Director, and then a phone interview with the CEO the following day. Both interviews were friendly and more of a back and forth conversation than a formal interview.
