I had a lovely experience interacting with the Yoummday team during the interview process for the Operations Management – Dutch role. The process was well-structured, starting with an introductory call, followed by a team interview that included a small case study and explanation. This was then followed by a final round involving a presentation and assessment. The entire process was pleasant, clear, and thoughtfully organised. I genuinely enjoyed meeting the team and was impressed by their professionalism, holistic, warmth, and clarity. Although I was not selected for the role, I came away with a very positive impression of the company. More organisations could learn from this level of candidate experience.
