Easy interview formal and laid back completing application forms ect. Just a chat with the manager about the general work you will be doing. Asked different questions about why you want to work there and what you can bring to the company. Dress code was just casual.
it was a 5 - 10 minute interview where i was asked what i know about yorksire trading, how i would deal with an upset customer. i was also asked if i shop there an if not where do i shop then

Wasn't really an interview and was basically offered the job on the spot. Was taken up to the staff room and just had a general chat about my work history and given the lowdown on expectations for what my role would entail and what my working hours would be.
