J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Yonex (Tokyo) en avr. 2014
Entretien
It was quite simple compared to your traditional Japanese 2-3 round interviews. I met Yonex at the Daijob Career fair last month and submitted my resume. A week later they contacted me for an interview.
There were about 8 candidates and only 1 position available. When I walked into the room there were 8-9 interviewers. One of them was foreign and the rest were Japanese. Imagine how nervous I was when I was the center of attention in the room.
After about 30 minutes of being probed I was sent to another room to write a skills test. It mainly involved English grammar questions and an article they took off their Yonex badminton website and asked to translate it from Japanese to English. It was quite difficult. About JLPT N1 level.
After that they notified me a week later of the results.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Even though this job requires native English and business Japanese level the entire interview was conducted in Japanese. They first asked me to introduce myself (自己PR) and then do I have plans to go back to my country.
One question they seemed heavily focused on was about their website. What do I think about it? What changes would I make if working for their PR department? If you can read Chinese what do you think about their Chinese website?
