The recruiter detailed his process and next steps along with mentioning he would present my profile and let me know in the next two days if I were to move forward with the competency testing and chat with CEO. He additionally asked me to contact him if he hadn't reached back out as he mentioned ' I (meaning me) deserved to know what is happening'. When he failed to reach back out, I sent him an email as requested. And then... nothing. No reply. A week later, I received a canned rejection email.
