The interview was done with the owner, manager, and 2 other candidates. Interview responses were given in a panel format with everybody answering the same questions. The interview was very laid back.

Very simple. A large concern was whether or not I'd be a morning person. It took roughly six months for them to give me a call after I submitted my initial application to work at the studio because my radius was limited to a particular location.
