A 4 step process was used to recruit the candidates.-
1.Online aptitude round
2.Group discussions
3.Technical round
4.HR round
the while process took 2 days. with the 1st day just for the aptitude round , the shortlisted candidates were to attend the next rounds on the next day .
Candidates were eliminated at step along the way .

Technical questions - JAVA , DS especially linked list, OOPS concepts.
HR questions - Describe myself , if i had any questions regarding the job description , If i had plans of higher studies.

It took 8 to 10 rounds for final selection. First shortlisted through academic records then written tests then 2 technical interviews then managerial an at last HR round. The team and Hr was very supportive and the process was smooth.

I was interview in the month of September 2018 when I was a fresher.
The interview took 1 complete day and I got the offer in the next week :)

3>MCQ Java based Questions.
4>Technical interview round:- questions from java interface and abstract class, sql queries and data structures.

It was campus recruitment. Consisted of 4 rounds:
-Technical Quiz
-GD
-F2F technical rounds
-HR round
It was of average difficulty, eventually 35 guys got selected from our campus (Oct 2015).
Took 2 days for me as we were getting late and asked to come the next day foe the left process.
