It was a group induction with a discussion on the process of being a courier, payment structure, how the yodel app works and form filling. Making copies of your documents also.
Very good process, easy to understand questions, not trying to use trick questions, i will recommend this company to friends or family interested in a position like this. yeh yeh yeh yeh yeh yeh.
