The interview process was incredibly structured. While seemingly intimidating in it's format, it was very positive and made the entire interview experience smooth, efficient, and thorough. I met with a recruiter, my potential manager, members of the team in similar roles, and then two members of the team I would be working with. There was also a take-home exercise between interviews.
