I applied at a Job Fair and a week later i had a phone interview. the phone interview went well. they asked basic questions; why do you want to work for yelp, what can you bring to yelp, have you had experience in cold calling, what is yelp. Next I had to role play as an account executive calling a client (pizzeria) about making an appointment with yelp. They gave instant feedback and then had be try again. It was your basic interview.

Very professional, informative, and timely interview process. I was very impressed with how well put together the entire process was and how fast things moved. Everyone on the hiring team was extremely punctual and even willing to take extra time to make sure all your questions are answered.

The interview process was pleasant from start to finish. It included a recruiter phone screen, a video call with the sales manager, a role play exercise, and the opportunity to implement the manager’s feedback.
