Entretien
One phone interview followed by a Skype interview with two separate interviewers. The phone interview focused on a couple of personality questions, your knowledge of the role, the positive and negative aspects of that role, and a brief role play. The Skype interviews also involved role play with both interviewers, feedback, and implementation of that feedback, as well as a couple personality and leadership questions.

Very professional, informative, and timely interview process. I was very impressed with how well put together the entire process was and how fast things moved. Everyone on the hiring team was extremely punctual and even willing to take extra time to make sure all your questions are answered.

The interview process was pleasant from start to finish. It included a recruiter phone screen, a video call with the sales manager, a role play exercise, and the opportunity to implement the manager’s feedback.
