Once I was reached out to in regards to an interview they give me tools to prepare. The first phone interview was telling them about myself and they gave me the expectations and requirements of the role. The second was in person. The third was another phone interview.

Entretien
Starts off with a phone interview, brief, 10-15 minutes. Ask basic questions trying to get to know you and explain the role to you. Then if you move on you get an in person or skype interview, they ask more typical interview questions and make you do a role-play. You sell something to them of your choosing. Then you get another phone interview if you make it past the second one.
