Hi, I am sorry you had a negative experience interviewing for a position with our company! Our process should not take that long. We did recently have a wave of 3,000 applicants to come through which caused our HR department to get a little behind on applications. As for our one-way interview, we have all of our candidates that get their resumes pulled complete it.
